We offer repair services for many types of electronic audio equipment ranging from guitar amps to antique radios. Unfortunately, we can't fix everything. If your gear doesn't fit one of the categories below give us a call and we can figure out if it's something we can help you with.

We charge $60 per hour plus parts. There is no bench fee - we don't charge you if we can't fix it.

We are not an authorized warranty center for any brand, so if your amp is still under warranty we recommend that you contact the manufacturer for service options.

Guitar Amps

We offer full repair services on most makes of tube and solid state guitar/bass amps, and speaker cabinets.

Brands we don't repair:

Mark Bass (any model)

Home Stereo

We offer repair or partial/full restoration of vintage stereo receivers, integrated amps, power amps, tuners, turntables, tape decks, and speakers. We can refoam speakers but don't offer reconing at this time.

Items we don't service:

Modern A/V type receivers and other digital era equipment. If you're not sure if your unit is digital, give us a call.
CD players

Antique Radios

We can restore most radios built between 1920 and 1970.

Limitations:

We are not professional woodworkers so cabinet restoration is limited to minor repairs and touch-ups, and grill cloth replacement. For full cabinet refinishing/repair, we recommend taking the cabinet to a professional refinishers while we have the electronics out for service.

Console Stereos

We can make most vintage console stereos sound like new again. Due to the space required in the shop, we ask that you call to schedule an appointment since we only have the room and resources to service one at a time.

Limitations:

Pro Sound Gear

In general, we do not offer services for pro sound gear such as mixers, microphones or PA speakers, however there are some exceptions.

Items we may be able to repair:

We can generally replace blown speakers or high frequency drivers in PA speakers if the parts are available. We don't repair the amplifier modules, but are happy to order new or rebuilt modules and install them. We don't offer reconing services.
We can clean and deox pots/faders/jacks/switches on smaller mixing boards.

Effects pedals and rack effects

We don't repair pedals unless it's something simple like bad footswitch, broken jack, etc. Same for rack effects.

Keyboards

We don't repair any digital keyboards, but do enjoy repairing some of the older cool stuff like Wurlitzers, Fender Rhodes, Farfisa, etc.
